Hey Everyone!  Are you melting?  Summer is the perfect time for this dessert- ice cream completely pumped up. This Snicker Ice Cream Sauce will definitely make you’re life a little sweeter.   It’s sauce is so rich and indulgent.  It just coats your mouth with sweet joy.  With just three ingredient and less than time minutes of your time, the reward is worth it.

HINT!!!  This sauce would make a great hostess gift or little treat for friends.  Simply package it in a mason jar and attach a cute tag with instruction to gently warm.  I was planning on doing that but my family got to it before I was able to. You can buy the bars in bulk here.

Easy to make ice cream topping

Ingredients

• about 15 snack size Snickers Bars cut in half
• ⅔ cup cream
• ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Over low heat, warm cream in a small pot. Add Snickers Bars and chocolate chips. Stir until chocolate has melted and sauce is smooth. Pour a little over ice cream and serve immediately.

Happy Monday Everyone!  Today I am sharing these amazing red, white and blueberry popsicles.  While they are a great dessert for Fourth of July, these are great to make all summer long.  My kids ask for these all the time.  Sometimes I even let them have one for breakfast since they are completely healthy.  It is a yummy treat that’s good for you and so easy to make.

You need:

• 2 cups Greek Yogurt
• 1 cup Raspberries
• 1 cup Blueberries
• 1 banana thinly sliced
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 12 mini plastic cups
• 12 popsicle sticks

In two separate bowls, toss the raspberries and the blueberries with one teaspoon of sugar each.  Spoon or even easier use a piping bag to put a little bit of yogurt in the bottom of each of your cups. Drop in enough blueberries in each cup to make one layer. Add in a little more yogurt to cover. Make a layer of bananas and then add more yogurt to cover.  By now your cups should be about 2/3 filled.  Tap down the cups as you go to let the yogurt fill in the voids.

Do your final layer of raspberries and add enough yogurt to fill the cup. Make sure to tap again. Put in your popsicle sticks and freeze.

Hi Everyone!  Today I am sharing a super fun breakfast ideas with you- Banana Berry Breakfast Popsicles. I am always looking for ways to get a little more nutrition into my kids while adding a little fun to our everyday routine.   My kids were so excited to find out they could eat popsicles for breakfast. TruMoo Calcium Plus is a great way to get kids the calcium they need for strong bones while keeping them happy!  Mix it with some fruit and these Banana Berry Breakfast Popsicles are a win for both of us.

Made with four simple delicious ingredients, including TruMoo Calcium Plus low-fat milk which has 50% more calcium than regular low-fat milk with the same great TruMoo taste, these popsicles will definitely become a family favorite!

Banana Berry Breakfast Popsicles

Ingredients

• 3 cups of TruMoo Calcium Plus divided
• 1 banana
• 1 cup strawberries
• 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt

Instructions

1. Place 1 cup of TruMoo Calcium Plus, bananas and strawberries into blender. Mix until smooth.
2. Using a cup with a pour spout, pour mixture into bottom 1/3 of popsicle molds. Place in freezer.
3. Once frozen add a thin layer of the yogurt using a pastry bag.
4. Place top on mold. Insert popsicle sticks. Place popsicle mold in freezer.
5. Once frozen, remove mold from freezer and fill to the top with TruMoo
6. Freeze for at least 3 hours.
7. To remove popsicles, fill a large bowl or sink with warm water.
8. Place popsicle mold in warm water for 30-45 seconds. Remove from water and pull popsicles straight up of mold using stick.
9. Wrap in parchment and freeze or EAT

Hi there Bloom Designs Online fans! If you don’t know me, I’m Gina & I blog over at Kleinworth & Co. I have 3 kids, ages 11-17 who keep life full & fun. Before moving to North Idaho a couple years ago we spent 12 long years living in the Nevada desert. So I have oodles of treat recipes to help cool us all down in the summer months & I like to share those recipes on my little corner of the web. It’s there you’ll find easy DIY projects, fun crafts & a whole lot of recipes, along with a few photography tips sprinkled in occasionally too. I’m beyond excited that Jenny invited me to share a little bit of what I love here with you today.

Do you like cookies & cream? I sure do. I remember when that ice cream flavor first came out when I was a kid. It was all the rage & it’s popularity hasn’t died down yet. But I can see why- it’s absolutely scrumptious. I mean Oreo cookies crumbled & swirled with creamy ice cream- delish. I thought about just making my own cookies & cream ice cream, but really wanted something more portable & less filling. So I came up with these Oreo packed Pudding Pops that hit the spot.

These are really so simple to make & the flavor amazing. The creaminess of a pudding pop with the added Oreos will make cookies & cream lovers swoon. I know that these are a favorite in our home. The kids are always begging for this particular pop recipe & I’m happy to oblige. I mean, it’s just one pop in the evening, which is so much better than a whole bowl of ice cream. It’s the perfect way to end my day. I guess that’s why I love summer so much.

Check out how easy it is to make them!

Ingredients

1 box vanilla pudding mix
3 cups cold milk
1/2 of an 8oz tub whipped topping
1-2 Oreo cookies per pop mold
Popsicle sticks

Directions

In a large bowl combine pudding mix & milk- whisk until fully combined
Fold in whip topping & stir until smooth
Break 1-2 Oreo cookies into each pop mold
Fill each mold with pudding mixture
Add sticks
Freeze 8-10 hours, preferably overnight

So there you go, it’s really that simple!

I always like my summer celebrations as fuss free as possible.   Sundae Bars are simple with a little pre-party prep work.  Everything can be done before the party so you are free to enjoy the festivities.

Using individual containers, scoop out your ice cream ahead of time.  It’s nice to have 3-5 different flavors.  Put the ice cream labels on the top of each container and just pull the cups out of the freezer when you are ready to serve. I like to put the sauces in squeeze bottles.  You can find these at lots of big box stores.  Assemble all of the toppings on tray for a neat presentation.

For the toppings, choose a variety of flavors and textures in colors that match your party.

Happy Tuesday, I am so excited to share this Christmas Sundae kit with you. It is a great semi-homemade gift and one that everyone is sure to love. I was so excited when one of my favorite candy companies, SweetWorks, sent me some candy samples last month. I have been looking for some gifts to give to other families for Christmas and had seen different versions of an “ice cream party in a box” but it wasn’t until I opened the box from SweetWorks and saw the tiny red, green and white Christmas Mix Pearls that my brain immediately went to Christmas sundaes. I could just imagine how delighted my kids would be to make these at Christmas time.

To assemble, use a 9x12x4 white box.  Package up the items, covering labels and wrapping candy and cones in cellophane bags. Fill the bottom of the box with crinkle paper and add the sundae items.  Attach the inside label and then close the box and secure with ribbon.  Then you can add the cover label.

It was 95 degrees again today in Southern California, so I whipped up these little pumpkin ice cream cups were a great after school snack.  Simple scoop the pumpkin flavored ice cream into the cups and sprinkle on orange sugar.  The leaf is made out of sour patch kids and the stem is a mini wooden spoon.  There’s still time to order the baking cups and spoons for Halloween from my ETSY store.  These would make a great dessert for the kids at Thanksgiving too! A fun, festive fall way to cool off.

I made fabric flowers to embellish the lunch boxes and all the girls wore them during the party which was ever so cute ! At the end of the party, the children went home with a pot of homemade chocolate ice cream as favour. “
