These Leprechaun ice cream cups are an easy, fool proof treat that are great for any Patty’s Day celebration or simply just because. The cups can be made in advanced and pulled out of the freezer just before you’re ready to eat. The “lucky you” tag add a perfect final touch.
You need
paper cups and tag available here
Lime sherbet ( vanilla or mint chip would also work)
green sprinkles
Chocolate foil coins
Chocolate foil coins
Scoop ice cream into cups and roll in the sprinkles. Add the coins, ribbon and tags and eat up!
