One Happy Camper Birthday Party by Bloom Designs Online
Last summer I had the honor of helping my sister Nicole of Nicole’s Guide to Style with my nephew’s first birthday party. Nicole decide on a “One Happy Camper” birthday party theme. This was perfect for the birthday boy because he is the sweetest and happiest baby that you’ve ever met. Rather than picking a traditional camping color scheme, Nicole wanted to use mint and navy which kept the party modern and fresh. We also incorporated a lot of natural wood elements.
Party guest had their own little table with sheep skin throws for seating. Personalized boxes filled with custom bubbles, crayons, and personalized color books kept the guest busy. The drink table was stoked with custom napkins (a great extra little touch), personalized water bottles and a special drink for the grown up campers.
Campers were treated to a dessert table filled with bears, sugar cookies decorated to match the printable, donut holes, macarons and cupcakes. The two tiered naked cake bySweet and Saucy was the guests’ favorite treat.
The highlight of the party was singing happy birthday to Davis. Wooden cut out were used for the topper on the smash cake. Davis wasn’t completely sure of what was going on at first but then dove into his smash cake.
During the party campers feasted at the food truck, went on a scavenger hunt, played in tents made by the birthday boys nana and made s’mores. Guest were asked to write a note to the birthday boy to save for his 21st birthday. Mini boxes filled with trail mix were given to campers as they headed home.

What a wonderful party Jenny! I LOVE the navy blue and mint palette and the accents of eucalyptus stems…so pretty! Of course the dessert table is the star of the show but everything just looks so fresh and festive. Another fabulous party!!!
