Confetti Favors

Hi Everyone! Sometimes New Years Eve planning gets pushed aside with all the preparation for Christmas. I love the holiday though. It offers many of the same opportunities as Thanksgiving- celebration for what we have, fun time with friends and family and anticipation for what’s to come. The New Year definitely needs to be celebrated and what better thing for a celebration than confetti. Confetti makes everyone and everything happy and festive. Plain and simple.  The trick is wrapping it up in a sweet way.

Send your guest home with these little confetti boxes. Since confetti comes in some many, shapes, sizes and colors, you will have no problem finding some to fit your party. It is also so simple to make. I made this with a 3/4 inch round paper punch and tissue paper or The Flair Exchange offers lots of colors in stock.

I am leaning towards very colorful New Year’s Eve festivities but the traditional white, black and silver color scheme always tugs at my heart string.  Which do you prefer?

Crazy week here! My iPhoto crashed yesterday and I have been in a panic restoring it.  On top of that, I decided to throw together a Christmas party for Thursday night.  Needless to say things around here are very busy!
