Do you ever feel like you need some more tables for your parties than what you have? A simple and completely free solution that I have used at my last two celebrations is to make your own table using pallets. You can basically find them by the dumpsters in any shopping center being thrown away. Simply find two or three of similar size and stack. All pallets are not equally well so you may need to look around. Try to find ones with slats close together. Throw a table cloth or runner over them and you are good to go. I love the rustic feel they give to my parties especially when I am entertaining outside.
Here I used three pallets for a tables for movie treats at Audrey’s Star Party
And here put two pallets side by side stacked two high to make a picnic table (the smallest preview of Charlotte’s birthday party:))
Off to a great week- our last four days of school! WOOHOO

love your party ideas, just wish I had little kids again so I could use them, but I have incorporated many of the ideas into my teen kids parties, thanks

I love the little picnic table! I’m planning a country picnic themed 1st birthday for my daughter next month and this would look PERFECT! What a lovely idea.

That is a really cute idea! I wish I would have time before my daughter’s party to do that, but it’s next weekend. I was curious on where you got the balloons though. They look like they would be perfect for any kind of party!!
