Make It Monday- Mango and Yogurt Gelees

Hi Everyone, I’m Karyn from the Pint Sized Baker and Dieter’s Downfall. I’m a wife to Mr. Quart and a mom to my Little Cup. The best part of writing a blog about baking treats, is that they enjoy eating them! I love making fast and easy treats. Please come on over and check out my site. I’m sure I’ve got some cookiespies, and cake pops that you would enjoy. I also like to challenge myself and bake up some decadent desserts that’ll have you saying, “Yeah, I’d cheat on my diet for that!”
Thanks for having me here today, Jenny.I’ve got a great summer treat that is simple to whip up and will leave you comfortable in your bathing suit.

Easy Mango and Yogurt Gelees.

Don’t go running away because I used a fancy French word for Gelatin. Trust me. You’ll totally impress your friends.

I used Mango as the fruit base for the yogurt, but you can use any pureed fruit.
Try it with strawberries, mixed berries, bananas. I’m sure anything would be great.

I hope that you decide to make this wonderful dessert.
