Happy Friday everyone! It is my family’s last weekend of summer vacation and we are squeezing in as much fun as we can while still organizing for the first day of school. Organizing paperwork, school supplies, back to school shopping for four kids can be a very big task. One little thing I always make sure I do is a little gift for each of our teachers. These Apple for the Teacher tags are perfect for the first day- a bit traditional yet the gift itself can be totally fun just like school should be. I’m thinking of pairing the with this “apple” made with donuts.
To make simply buy plain cake donuts and dip them in icing made by mixing a cup of powdered sugar, red food coloring and enough melted butter or water to form the right consistency.
However, an apple gift cards would work perfectly too.
Really, you can also easily use the tag with any gift you choose to give.
