Hot Chocolate Coolers

0001kx

Hi everyone.  It is feeling a bit like winter here in Southern California.  Whenever cool weather rolls around my kids immediately want hot chocolate but they always complain about it being too hot.  We use to add an ice-cube and then I thought it would be great to cool down our chocolate drinks with an equally yummy treat- Fudgesicles.  Fudgesicles are one of our favorite Popsicle and they add an extra creaminess when stirred into hot chocolate.  My kids feel like they got a double treat.

To make, simply mix up a batch of hot chocolate using your favorite recipe. Top with whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate and serve with a delicious Fudgesicle. Your kids will think you are the greatest parent ever . If you want to make it even extra special, use alphabet stamps to stamp a message on the stick. You could do their name or initial or holiday greeting.
