Ghost-sicles

My kids and I were decorating our house for Halloween over the weekend and they asked me to make them a snack.  Popsicles have been our treat of choice since I became a Popsicle Ambassador last summer.  I decided it would be fun to dress up one of our favorite flavors, a Creamsicles, to fit the Halloween season.  These were Ghost Popsicles were super easy  to make and my kids thought they were hilarious.

To make these spooktacular treats, you need

Melt 2 cups white melting chocolate in the microwave stirring after each 15 seconds until smooth.  Do not let the chocolate get hot.  It should take less than 2 minutes.  Let cool until chocolate is room temperature. Dip Popsicle brand Creamsicles or any of your Favorite Popsicles into chocolate.  Add candy eyes. Return to freezer or better yet, eat immediately.  Make 6-8 Ghost-sicles.
