Friday Feature- Lemonade Stand

Hello! I’m Mariah from Giggles Galore and I am excited to be here at Bloom Designs and for the opportunity to hang out with all of you! I adore Jenny and her sweet style so it’s truly a privilege to be here today.

I don’t know about you, but when hot summer days arrive nothing beats the heat quite like a refreshing glass of lemonade. And that refreshing glass of lemonade is always sweeter when it comes from a darling lemonade stand! Last summer we had fun with the perfect summertime activity and made an ordinary Lemonade Stand EXTRAORDINARY with this cute Lemonade Stand Party and DIY Lemonade Stand Kits.

I adore this classic summer activity and believe in the values and principals a simple lemonade stand can teach our kids. So, I set out to create the cutest lemonade stand on the block! I used our wooden stand which was built for our Hot Cocoa party and added a new sign and a cheerful pink and yellow fabric banner to the front.

A little table was set next to the stand for guest to enjoy their lemonade and treats. We had a variety of choices including pink lemonade cupcakes, rice krispie treats, lemon cookies. lemon candy and lots of refreshing lemonade. Paper cups were embellished with “drink me” and “enjoy” stickers from Sweet Sosbee Designs lemonade printables. Glass jars dressed up with paper doilies and ribbon were also served, another fancy way for serving the refreshing lemonade. I used straw flags and party circles from the collection to embellish some of the other treats.

To complete the fun our party guest were sent home with their very own Make Your Own Lemonade Stand bucket which included lemonade mix, paper cups with custom stickers, striped paper straws, coordinating party flags, napkins and a tube full of gumballs. Life is sweet and now our friends can celebrate summer with their very own extraordinary lemonade stand.
