HI Everyone- We’re back sharing another idea for our DIY heart confetti from yesterday’s post. I am completely smitten with these Filled With Love mini balloon wands. They are great non candy Valentine that everyone will love. I added my confetti to mini 5 inch clear balloons but you could also do these with giant over sized clear balloons.
To make a confetti filled balloon- Using any shaped paper punch, punch several layers of any tissue at once. These hearts are from a 1/2 inch punch which works well for a mini balloon. If you are doing a larger balloon adjust the size of the punch. Stack a pile of confetti and gently bend in half without making a crease insert into balloon. Make sure the bulb of the balloon is filled with confetti
If you want to skip the confetti, any size solid balloons or even balloons would work just as well. Simply attach our cute tag.
TAGS are available for free download by clicking here. We suggest printing on bright white card stock for best results. Print on a color printer and cut.
