Hi Everyone- Before the crazieness of Christmas begins, I always sit for a bit and try to remember all the things I have been blessed with. While there are some obvious choices (family, health, etc.), I try to include some not so obvious things that I am thankful for. Making a list helps me focus on the more obscure things that I would be lost without (carpools and the amazing women that help my children get to where they need to go).
Print out these lists and let your guest fill them out before dinner. Then have everyone share one or two things that they are thankful for at the dinner table. They are great conversation starters. Make sure you have your children participate. You may be surprised at what they come up with.
I keep my lists from year to year. It is fun to see how my focus changes and how sometimes the things that I was once so thankful for and no longer relevant to my life as a mom of four.
To download the lists click here. Print on 8.5×11 card stock using a colored printer.
Let me know one thing that you are thankful for by leaving a comment!
XO,
Jenny

What a great idea – and adorable printable! Thank you for sharing. This Thanksgiving I am thankful that I finally get to spend the holiday in my own house with my little family of four!

I really appreciate you posting this. This list, along with the kids activity sheets, turkey talk from Dixie Delights will all be a part of our Thanksgiving Table. After we always play a family pictionary relay race game that is TONS of fun! Thanks again!
