Hi Everyone. Hope you had a great weekend with family and friends.
Guess what I served for Easter breakfast? This is such a yummy and easy breakfast treat. My family gobbled it up. The pecans are optional but they do add such a nice crunch to the bread that I think you should try them.
You need
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 2 cans Pillsbury Grand Biscuits
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a saucepan, bring brown sugar, butter and water to a slow boil. Remove from heat. Add nuts.
2.Combine sugar and cinnamon.
3. Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces. Toss in sugar mixture.
4. Place half of the biscuits in a greased bundt pan. Pour half of the caramel sauce over them. Repeat with remaining biscuits and sauce.
5. Cook for 30-35 minutes. Serve warm.
With Easter over, it will be a while until we have another holiday to celebrate. I am excited to share some great party ideas and original parties with you over the next several weeks. I am busy crafting and brainstorming for three parties that I am styling this month. Let the fun begin…
Off to a busy but great week!
XO,
Jenny

This looks so good. We had monkey bread at a restaurant last week. They made mini versions and covered it with frosting. This looks like the perfect recipe to try the minis!
