Last week, I had the opportunity to cater the September meeting of our local Junior Women’s group. The theme for the event was after school snacks but with a grown up twist. It included “hostess” cupcakes, peanut butter and jelly bars, pudding cups (pot de creme) and jello shots. Everyone sipped appletinis and had a great time guessing how many gumballs were in the guessing jar. Can you think

As the temperature is finally cooling off in Southern California, I wanted to share one of my favorite parties of the past summer. I am lucky to be part of a group of eighteen (yes! that’s a lot) wonderful families who hold a family BBQ each Friday night. This summer the theme for the BBQ helded at my house was yellow- anything but everything yellow- soft butter
packed and ready! Today, my children started school- all four of them with my youngest two entering kindergarten. I am so proud of them. It is their time to bloom. So today, I too am starting on a new adventure- sharing my love for parties, paper, personalizing and basically making all things pretty. Hope you enjoy!
