Hi Everyone- I honestly can’t come to terms with summer coming to an end.  We have had summer school for six weeks and tournament team baseball just ended this past weekend.  Trying to fit a whole year of summer into the final three weeks will be challenging.  My kids seem up for it and seeing photos of some of your kids already in school has made us a little more grateful for the time.

I have had so many request for my  Back To School Lunch Printables from last year, that I thought I’d share again.  I think it’s fun to send the kids off on their first day with a special lunch even if the things inside are store-bought.  This lunch is filled with an apple-shaped sandwich cut with a cookie cutter, chips, store-bought cookies repackaged, a juice box and an apple.

I’ve included a mini you’re the apple of my eye card and packed it all up in an adorable gable box available here.  If you would rather use a paper bag the printables include a tag for that.

One of our favorite parts of summer at Bloom is the Fourth of July.  Nothing is better than swimming, Bar-Be-cueing and celebrating our great country.  I hope we will be finished moving in time to host a pool party at our new house.     Nothing is better than swimming, bar-be-cueing and celebrating our great country.  America sparkles is our first of many posts on fun ways to celebrate the red, white and blue.  My kids can’t not get enough fireworks, especially sparklers. Fun and dangerous at the same time.

You can use this download as a tag or to wrap around a box of sparkler simply cut to the size you need.

Cut the printable into a tag or wrap a box of sparklers in scrapbook paper cut to the size of your sparkler box and then wrap Bloom’s printable over the paper.

You can stick a box of sparklers wrapped with our pritnable in a hostess gift or pass out as party favors.  Even easier- stick a bunch of sparklers in a bucket of sand and  attach the tag to the bucket with a ribbon.

Happy Everyone!  I wanted to kick off this patriotic season with the July 4th Pop Rocks printable printable and favor idea!  Can you believe The 4th of July is in a little over 3 weeks!  It has to be one of the highlights of summer.  I always like to have a little patriotic treat on hand to pass on to guest.  Its a great way to show appreciation on this holiday.

Donut You Forget About Me

Hi Everyone!  Today we are sharing these Donut You Forget About Me gifts for summertime.  Can you name the movie they were inspired by?  One of my all-time favorites.  This movie reminds me of high school and next week my oldest baby will be graduating from 8th grade and will be a freshman next year.  It is almost impossible to believe. I’m so proud of her.

You can use these little treats for end of school gifts, moving away or just because.  I wrapped my tags with donuts but by all means you can also use them on other gifts.  To download the free cards, click here.  We recommend printing on bright white 8.5 x 11 inch card stock.  Cut cards to size and attach to your gift.  Of course if you choose to use donuts, any flavor, shape, full sized or mini, store bought or homemade works.  Pick what works best for you.

Hey Everyone!  Happy Friday.  Today we are sharing this easy “Thanks A Bunch Gift with free tags. I feel like we are approaching the time of year where everyone deserves a little gift- your momma, you children’s teachers (teacher appreciation day is in April) and anyone else who you will be leaving for summer.  Luckily it is the perfect time of year to give flowers.  Everyone appreciates getting a bunch of these little beauties.  Whether they are bought from the grocery store and repackaged, picked from your garden or purchased from a florist, flower are always an appropriate gesture.

To down load our free Thanks A Bunch tags, click here.  We recommend printing on bright white card stock.  Cut out with scissors and punch a hole.  Wrap flowers with a pretty coordinating ribbon or stick on a mason jar and add our tag.  HINT: there is a small space at the bottom to sign your name if you like or write a short personal note on the back.

These Ranunculus are one of my favorite flowers and so easy to grow in your own garden but I’d happily receive any;) Have a super weekend.

HI Everyone!  In case you loved the sentiment on our reindeer tags from yesterday but don’t have the energy for one more project or DIY, I’ve got you covered.  These For You My Deer Tags in black and white are perfect for anyone in your life and would work with lots of different wrappings.  This year I am all about black and white for Christmas.  My Christmas cards are completely black and white; same with my wrapping and lots of my decor.  With all of the color in the fresh greenery , ornaments, santas, etc., I find that the black and white just grounds and simplifies the design a bit and you know me- I’m all about simple, clean and crisp. Of course, color can be fabulous and these tags work with that as well.

To make your tags, print out our free download below. Use an ink pad to make the head of the reindeer with your or your child’s thumb print. I used a gold ink pad but you can certainly use light brown. Draw in antlers with a fine brown maker. Add eyes and a red nose. Don’t be worried about perfection- every tag should and will be different.
