Hi Everyone! Today we are sharing a dog-gone cute Pink Puppy Birthday Party styled by Janet of Modern Dame, a great lifestyle blog full of beautiful eye candy and entertaining ideas. Janet styled this party for her niece who was turning seven; a difficult age because although they are still little, seven year olds don’t want to be babied! Janet completely solves that problem with this party which is classy and refined yet festive and fun all at once. I love the subtle variations of pink that Janet uses throughout the party. My favorite details are the adorable paper rosettes that pop up all over the party and Modern Dame‘s beautiful tablescape.

It’s a bittersweet feeling to see my darling little nieces grow up so soon. My youngest turned seven this year! Wow, how time flies.. It seems as though what I considered favorable is being outgrown as kids are maturing so quickly… No more Sofia The First, Frozen and Strawberry Shortcake?? I’ll definitely miss those afternoons having a Disney marathon watching all the reruns of their favorite shows and seeing their giggly faces as they reenact their favorite characters.
This year, probably being my last, I wanted to throw Janice a special birthday celebration. Janice is a huge dog lover like her auntie! Keeping that in mind, I came up with a pink puppy party to surprise Janice and her close girlfriends.
One of my favorite dessert designers, Sweet and Saucy Shop delivered one of the cutest and yummiest dessert display ever! Just take a look at that adorable birthday cake, super cute! From the mini cupcakes, sugar cookies, macarons and rice crispy treats, all the desserts illustrated puppy themed details.
The floral centerpieces were arranged by yours truly. I kept it simple and sweet using pink ranunculus, hydrangeas, and garden roses. Alongside the arrangements are mini polka dotted puppy dolls that coincidently matched perfectly with the puppy logo designed by Brag Designs. I love working with this posh paperie designer. They always add that beautiful detailed touch that enhances the party in every way. Love the rosette details!
Puppies!! Saving the best for last, we surprised everyone with fourteen different breeds of puppies to interact with. Each girl got their own puppy to play for the day. I was seriously in puppy heaven! We even brought our puppy beagle, Jarvis too!!
