Happy Monday. Hope you had a great weekend. These Peanut Butter Candy Cookies will surely make for a good week. I LOVE peanut butter. I ate it everyday all the way through high school. Peanut butter candy is even better. I took all of my favorites made them into a yummy cookie. Since we are entering candy season, make sure to pin this recipe. It’s a great way to use up all the extra Halloween treats.
You need
- 2 cups plus 2 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon slat
- 12 tablespoons butter melted and cooled
- 1 cup lightly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg plus 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup Reeses Pieces
- 1/2 cup Butter Fingers roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup Reeses Peanut Butter Cups
Preheat oven to 350.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt. Set aside
In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat together butter and sugars until smooth and light, 1 to 2 minutes.
Add egg, egg yolk and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
Turn off mixer and then add flour mix. Mix on low until just combines. Add in candies. Mix for a few more seconds.
Drop by 2 tablespoons full onto cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned on outer edges. Let cool on cookie sheet.
