Hello! I’m Ginger from GingerSnapCrafts.com, & I am so excited to be over her with Jenny & all of you participating in this fun Summer in Bloom Series! Summer is such a fun time, and this year my kiddos & I are obsessing over making our own popsicles! Yum! We found these ice pop molds a few weeks ago, and we have been having fun coming up with different popsicle creations like these Oreo Pudding Pops.
These pops are so easy to make! Annnnd just a warning they will go fast! I didn’t even get to taste one out of this batch! ha! My kiddos are quick!
- 2 boxes of Jell-O Oreo Cookies ‘n Creme pudding mix
- 4 cups milk
- 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
- 12 Oreo cookies
First prepare the pudding mix & milk as directed on the pudding box. Set aside. Then you’ll crush some Oreo cookies in a handy chopper or food processor until you have about 2 cups of crumbs. Pour everything into s large bowl. Stir until blended. Pour mixture into molds & add one whole Oreo cookie to each pop. Pop on the end of your mold. Freeze for 4-6 hours. Then enjoy!
I’ll be sharing more homemade popsicle recipes over on my blog throughout the summer. I just shared this easy banana pudding pops recipe. Yum! So stay tuned for even more popsicle recipes! Recently I shared 15+ fun things to do this summer with your family. So check those out! Thanks so much for having me over Jenny! I hope you all have a fabulous summer!
