Leprechaun ‘Stache

leprechaun stache

Hi Everyone!  These Leprechaun ‘Staches were inspired by my kids’ fascination with the lucky little men.  Leprechauns always wreaking havoc on our home on St. Patrick’s Day.  They turn our milk and yogurt green, hide chocolate coins all over the house and even turn our toilet water into the loveliest shade of emerald.  My kids are always trying to find one.  It is a great game in our house.

These leprechaun ‘staches are a great treat for anyone you feel lucky to have in your life. They would also work great on a dessert table.

To make,  you need

  • melting candies
  • Mustache mold

Melt chocolate in microwave stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.

Pour into mold and giggle until the chocolate fills the cavity.  Don’t over fill.  You can always add more if needed after you giggle.

Let set in refrigerator until hard. Pop out of mold and use a sharp knife to trim off any excess chocolate.

These are really cute! My nephews would go crazy with these, as they love singing “Now that we’re men, we have facial hair” from SpongeBob. :-D Found your blog via Tip me Tuesday. :-)
